Daniel Sebryakov

Residential and Commercial Realtor

Born and raised in Washington State, I’m a first-generation American whose story is deeply shaped by faith, family, and service. My parents immigrated to the United States from Europe with very little and faced a difficult start. What they gave me, though, was far greater than material things they gave me the opportunity to work hard, serve others, and experience the American Dream. Watching their perseverance instilled in me a deep respect for responsibility, sacrifice, and integrity, values that continue to guide my life and career. From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to helping people, regardless of their background or situation. That calling led me into church ministry at the age of 12, where I’ve spent decades serving in nearly every capacity imaginable. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats such as organizing events, running sound engineering, serving on multiple worship teams, leading small groups and young adults, directing kids and teen programs, organizing mission trips, and helping build and grow community. I served as a camp director for nine years and counting, overseeing 3-4 camps annually, and led 3 of 6 mission trips to Mexico. I’ve helped with church construction projects, finances, website design, translating speakers, greeting teams, fundraising events, car shows, coffee outreach, and more. Also had the opportunity to organize, design, build, and operate a full coffee shop that blesses the needs of the church. Some seasons were behind the scenes, others front and center but all of them were rooted in service. Outside of ministry, I’ve built a diverse professional background that shaped my work ethic and practical skill set. I earned an Associate Degree in Business from Highline College, along with a general AA. I’ve worked in landscaping, remodeling, construction, and sales, and I’ve had the opportunity to serve families as a certified tax preparer through the IRS United Way Tax Help program by helping people file their taxes at no cost. Each role reinforced the same truth: people don’t just need services, they need someone they can trust. Real estate became the natural intersection of my passion for people and my lifelong interest in homes. Ever since childhood, I’ve loved walking through properties, seeing potential, and watching transformations unfold. Real estate allows me to combine strategy, education, and advocacy while guiding people through one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives. I know the industry doesn’t always have the best reputation, and that’s exactly why I do this work, to change the stereotype. I believe you can be knowledgeable without being pushy, successful without being dishonest, and confident without losing compassion. My approach is simple: honesty, trust, and respect. Those are not just words to me, they’re standards I live by. I believe in telling clients the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. I believe trust is earned through consistency, transparency, and follow-through. And I believe respect means listening first, understanding each client’s goals, and advocating fiercely on their behalf. My clients aren’t transactions, in fact they’re relationships. My goal is to earn the right to be their real estate resource for life, not just for one deal. Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or simply asking questions, I’m here to serve with clarity, integrity, and genuine care so that every experience feels like a true five-star one.
